PRICES
All prices displayed for the products and services on www.vizglobaltours.com are subject to change without prior information or notice and prices you see while making the booking may not be final until the full payment for the product or service is made at the end of the booking process.
Prices on www.vizglobaltours.com shall be inclusive or exclusive of booking fee, hotel taxes, airport taxes, port taxes or any other applicable government taxes (GST and VAT), etc. Availability of any product or service is subject to change at any point of time, even while finalizing the booking, which can lead to price variation, depending upon the basis of available room type in the hotel, flight booking class, cruise cabin, etc. at that point of time. Customer shall be liable under law to pay any taxes, duty etc., by whatever name called, imposed by any instrumentality of state and with respect to the transaction entered with the customer and it shall be recoverable from the customer, even subsequently after the availing of travel services by the customer.
PAYMENT TERMS
Ø Payment Policy is Completely Flexible and Different modes of Payment are available,
Ø INR 10,000 as Token amount required at the time of Booking for just Blocking
Ø Flight amount need to provide a same day of confirmation, Please note flight fare is subject to change Viz Global Tour will be not responsible for any fare hike, we will share alternate options if any, any cancellation will be as per T & C
Ø For International Packages Full payment must be done 30 days prior to arrival
Ø For Domestic Packages Full payment must be done 10 days prior to arrival
Ø For peak season full payment must be completed as per booking Teams & Conditions
Ø Certain hotels may require additional deposits to guarantee space, especially during the high & peak season. Viz Global Tour will advise the client if any additional amount is required.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You agree to bear the full cost of any booking, cancellation, and administration fees for any products or services booked but not utilized for any reason. In some cases, Viz Global Tour may charge cancellation or amendment fees in addition to those imposed by travel service providers.
Viz Global Tour reserves the right to decline any booking or purchase for any reason and shall not be held liable for any resulting claims of losses, damages, or compensation. In such an event, Viz Global Tour shall refund you all unutilized money collected from you for that purchase.
For bookings and purchases, which have already been paid by you, when canceled, refunds will be made based on the refund policy, mentioned in terms and conditions.
Cancellation charges also will be applied for any further services availed as well as extra night accommodations etc.
For cancellations in the tour/Holiday package bookings, Viz Global Tour will follow the cancellation policy of the hotel and the land service providers involved in the booking process.

Date of booking to 45 days before check in the cancellation charges will be 25% of the package cost.

45 to 30 days before check in the cancellation charges will be 50% of the package cost.

30 to 15 days before check in the cancellation charges will be 75% of the package cost.

15 to fewer days before check-in Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.

No show Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.

No refunds shall be given in case of any cancellations due to natural calamities.
The cancellation Policy is subject to change. It purely depends upon the cancellation policy of respective hotels. In Peak seasons, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation.
For any cancellations in flight bookings, Viz Global Tour will follow the terms and conditions of respective flights.
There shall be no refund in case of visa rejection
If in case the customer is unable to travel on the tour booked, because of rejection of visa by the concerned embassy, the said customer has the option to postpone the tour to any other future date or transfer the tour to any other destination and in such case, the transfer fee/postponed charges for the tour transfer/postponed of the tour shall apply.
